All orders placed with Devstationery.com are subject to these terms and conditions regardless of how the order was placed.
We do not operate or allow ‘Sale or Return’ on any products bought through our web site.
The prices of the Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
The price of a Product includes tax (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the India for the time being
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order placed with us without providing any reason. If this happens we will attempt to contact the buyer using the email address and telephone numbers we have on record.
All products are subject to availability and actual stock figures may sometimes differ from those suggested on the web site which are intended as guide indications only.
Payment Security Policy:
We provide only Cash on Delivery payment service in entire Palava City. Google Pay and Card payment facility is available prior or at time of delivery.
Some of the Products we offer to you come with a manufacturer’s guarantee. For details of the applicable terms and conditions, please refer to the manufacturer’s guarantee provided with the Products.
If you are a consumer, a manufacturer’s guarantee is in addition to your legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available for complaint against manufacturer.
All orders placed with us over Rs 200 will usually benefit from FREE DELIVERY.
Orders under Rs. 200 that do not qualify for free delivery will usually be subject to a delivery charge. The standard delivery charge is Rs. 30 however we reserve the right to amend this, if necessary, before invoicing your order.
Some orders over Rs. 200 may still be subject to a delivery charge, however if this is the case then you will be notified.

Next Day Delivery:
We pride ourselves in getting your orders to you as soon as possible, and as such, endeavor to send most orders with our delivery staff Next Day Delivery Service.
However, we reserve the right to send orders by means that may not guarantee next day delivery at our discretion and we will do our best to notify you if this is the case.
How do we deliver our orders?
At Devstationery.com, we use only our delivery staff member for delivery methods. No use of third party delivery service/courier.
Delivery, Returns and Refunds Terms and Conditions:
It is very important that you contact us directly within 2days of receiving your products if you wish to report damaged or faulty goods. You must contact us BEFORE returning any goods to us.
Please be aware that it is the recipient’s responsibility to count the number of items received and check the boxes for damage at the time of receive.
If your delivery is incomplete, it is very important that you contact us immediately. It should be clear on the Invoice document, how many items there are in total for your delivery, if you are at all unsure then ask the delivery staff before left.
In the event of an incomplete delivery we will do the next course of action and whether it involves replacement items or refunds for affected goods.
In the event of goods being damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will advise you promptly on what action we will be taking and whether we would like the original goods returned to us. A full replacement goods will be issued for damaged, faulty or incorrect goods. Our Staff will be collecting goods and exchange with new. If stock not available, full refund will be deposited within 24 hours by mode of Gpay/Netbanking.
We cannot accept responsibility for any orders that were shipped in good faith to an incorrect address due to wrong or mistaken delivery details having been entered on your account or otherwise altered through your online account. It is your responsibility to ensure billing and delivery address are correct to prevent errors in invoicing and delivery of goods.
