Return & Exchange Guidelines

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• For orders within India, approved returns must be shipped back to Devstationery.com within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
• Each product may have specific return conditions. Please refer to the return policy mentioned on the product page before initiating a request.
• Products must be unused, unmarked, and in original condition, with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
• Items showing signs of use, writing, marking, damage, or missing packaging will not qualify for return or exchange.

Exchanges

• We offer a complimentary first exchange for eligible products. Any subsequent exchange or return will attract a courier service charge.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability and will be confirmed with you before processing.
• The same conditions applicable to returns also apply to exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled:

• Opened or used stationery items such as pens, markers, inks, notebooks with writing, refills, art supplies, adhesives, or similar consumables
• Customized, bulk, or institutional orders
• Items marked as Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable at the time of purchase
• Discounted or clearance products

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence of the issue.
• Requests raised after 24 hours will not be eligible for review.
