At Dev Stationery, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and refunds work on our platform.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, email us at support@devstationery.com with your Order ID and Registered Email/Mobile Number.
If your order is eligible for cancellation, you will receive a confirmation via email.
1.2 Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return after delivery (see Return & Refund section below).
2. Returns
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:

Opened stationery supplies that cannot be resold for hygiene/quality reasons
